A: Real estate is a tax-wise giving solution, and there are many good options to consider. You can give all or part of it to one or more of your favorite ministries, and you might even give in a way that provides an ongoing income stream for you or a loved one. A: Life income gifts are wonderful solutions for Christians who want to give in a substantial way, but are concerned about having enough income to meet their family’s needs.

You can give cash or other property and then receive steady income for the rest of your life. The remainder will go to support the charity you have designated.
