Chief Operating Officer (Full-Time)

Barnabas Foundation is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide servant-hearted leadership for the day-to-day operations of a Christ-centered organization dedicated to helping Christians steward God’s resources faithfully and wisely.

Based in Crete, Illinois, the COO will partner closely with the Executive Director to translate vision into effective action, ensuring strong coordination and collaboration across Client Services, Marketing, Finance and Administration, and Member Services. This role plays a vital part in strengthening organizational systems, supporting senior leaders, and cultivating a culture marked by trust, excellence, and biblical stewardship.

The ideal candidate brings significant operational and organizational leadership experience, a passion for continuous improvement, and a clear calling to Christian service. This individual will lead with humility and wisdom, combining sound business insight with a pastoral, servant-hearted approach that reflects Christ-centered values in both decision-making and relationships.

Estate Planning Administrative Assistant

Barnabas Foundation is seeking an Estate Planning Administrative Assistant to provide detail-oriented, servant-hearted support for a Christ-centered organization dedicated to helping Christians steward God’s resources faithfully and wisely.

Based in Crete, Illinois, this individual will support the Client Services team by coordinating client interactions, managing schedules, and ensuring clear, timely communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates well, and brings a heart for Christian service, offering thoughtful and professional support to clients, planners, and ministry partners.
