Chief Operating Officer (Full-Time)
Barnabas Foundation is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide servant-hearted leadership for the day-to-day operations of a Christ-centered organization dedicated to helping Christians steward God’s resources faithfully and wisely.
Based in Crete, Illinois, the COO will partner closely with the Executive Director to translate vision into effective action, ensuring strong coordination and collaboration across Client Services, Marketing, Finance and Administration, and Member Services. This role plays a vital part in strengthening organizational systems, supporting senior leaders, and cultivating a culture marked by trust, excellence, and biblical stewardship.

Endowment Grant Administrator
Barnabas Foundation is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Endowment Grant Administrator to support the administration of endowment funds, grantmaking activities and church Legacy Foundations. This position plays an important role in ensuring the efficient coordination of grant applications, committee reviews, fund distributions and communications with applicants and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, service-minded professional who demonstrates strong communication skills, attention to detail and a commitment to supporting the mission of Barnabas Foundation.
