Chief Operating Officer (Full-Time)
Barnabas Foundation is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide servant-hearted leadership for the day-to-day operations of a Christ-centered organization dedicated to helping Christians steward God’s resources faithfully and wisely.
Based in Crete, Illinois, the COO will partner closely with the Executive Director to translate vision into effective action, ensuring strong coordination and collaboration across Client Services, Marketing, Finance and Administration, and Member Services. This role plays a vital part in strengthening organizational systems, supporting senior leaders, and cultivating a culture marked by trust, excellence, and biblical stewardship.

Survey Program Administrator (Part-Time)
Barnabas Foundation is seeking a part-time program administrator to support our Supporter Survey and Follow-Up Program. This role helps coordinate survey campaigns, process returned surveys, track responses, and support follow-up with member ministries and their supporters.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, customer-service oriented, and comfortable managing recurring administrative tasks with accuracy and follow-through.
Pay range: $21-$23 per hour.
