Alan Fadling
President and Founder, Unhurried Living, Inc.
Alan encourages leaders to see that great leadership begins on the inside, in the soul. He shows leaders how to get perspective so their leadership flows from a full soul and out of healthy rhythms of rest and work. He is the award-winning author of An Unhurried Life, honored with a Christianity Today's Award of Merit in spirituality, a contributing author to Eternal Living: Reflections on Dallas Willard's Teaching on Faith and Formation, and author, most recently, of An Unhurried Leader. He is a certified spiritual director.
Holly Moore
President, Hollis Strategies
Holly is an accomplished senior executive with more than 20 years of diverse leadership experience in both publicly traded for-profit companies and large and start-up non-profit organizations. She is the president of Hollis Strategies, where she collaborates with individuals and organizations to develop strategic plans that help them increase their influence and grow their organizations. Holly is a sought-after speaker and leadership coach who draws on her expertise as a Certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Practitioner and a Certified 5 Voices Coach.
Phil Purcell
Director of Planned Giving, Central Territory, The Salvation Army
Phil, a 2025 inductee into the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners Hall of Fame, has enjoyed a 40-year career in planned giving and as counsel to nonprofits. In his current role, he is the directional leader of over 30 planned giving officers in 11 states who close $80-90 million in planned gifts each year. He has held planned giving leadership roles in public and private higher education, a hospital foundation, an international ministry, and a leading community foundation.
Rhett Walker
Grammy and Dove Nominated Singer-Songwriter
Rhett received a Grammy nomination for his very first single, “When Mercy Found Me,” and he is a three-time GMA Dove Awards nominee. His latest single, “All Joy No Stress,” follows the release of the #2 single “Gospel Song” and “Believer,” which spent 23 weeks in the top ten at radio. He’s toured some of the biggest arenas and has appeared multiple times on the Grand Ole Opry. Walker is known for writing songs that come from life lived and lessons learned. Rhett is sure to provide an unforgettable experience as the entertainment for Tuesday night's dinner.
Robb Ebbens
Worship Pastor, Parkview Christian Church (New Lenox, IL)
Rob, who will lead praise and worship during general sessions resides in the south suburbs of Chicago and has been leading worship for over 15 years. Rob cares deeply about the intersection of spiritual formation and the worshipping life of the church. He has an MA in Christian Spiritual Formation from Friends University. He is married to Liz and father to Eve and Esmé.

General Registration for non-members is $599 per person.

Group Discount: Bring your team with you! Groups of three or more will receive an additional $50 off each individual’s registration.
