Jim Brittain has pastured churches, evangelized, taught, and served as a missionary since 1965. Beginning in 1983 when the Barnabas Foundation was formed his primary ministry is to the pastor. This emphasis was sharpened in 1992 to focus upon the pastors of the new churches in the former Soviet Union. In Russia evangelism has been a secondary to ministering to the pastor but still thousands have been saved as a result of Jim’s ministry.

Ann Brittain ministered along side her husband Jim. Ann has served as a church administrator in several churches, bible teacher, youth leader, educational director and a street evangelist. Beginning in 1992 Ann has been the Director of the Barnabas Foundation coordinating and planning the mission teams going to Russia and Ukraine. For the last fourteen years she has taught in the Barnabas Schools of Ministry specializing in the subjects of prayer, faith, and family life.
